How to Set-up a Snake Style Fantasy Baseball Draft?!?
This is probably an easy ten points for someone…

I’m doing a fantasy baseball league with a bunch of my friends. It’ll be a 23 round draft with 12 teams. I want to do a snake-style draft or whatever it’s called where like in the first round the person with the 12th pick gets to pick two players in a row.

I’m not really sure what it’s called, but I’m not really sure how to set it up. If anyone knows what the order would be or how to do it that would be great.

Moving on — help me! How do I do it? It's been a year?
I had been in a long-term relationship (4 years) until Jan 2009. We broke up because we both wanted different things: he had kids and I didn’t want any. Neither of us were certain of a future together. However, we have continued to remain friends since we get along well intellectually. I am finding it hard to move on though…I feel like I have moved on and then I take two steps back. I am a bit shy and don’t know how to go about meeting guys. For you to truly move on, you are going to have to stop talking with your ex.

This is a HUGE part of recovering from a break up.

You don’t have to stop talking to him forever, but just until you feel as though you can handle being friends with him without getting emotionally invested in him again. Just tell him that you really enjoy talking with him but that you need some time to heal from the break up and to move on with your life Tell him you will contact him when you are ready to talk again.

You can’t get over him if you are constantly talking with him and reminded of your relationship together. You feel like you are taking two steps back because every time you contact him, you ARE taking two steps back. You need to distance yourself from him for a while. This is the single most important part of moving on from any relationship.
