hey guys now i was wondering for you people who have cablevision as your cable provider why isnt cablevision carrying hdnet me and a group of other people have requested that cablevision carry hdnet and still nothing i feel like im gonna be watching roh wrestling on hdnet on youtube for the next 10 years since cablevision wants to add every other channel except for hdnet why is this do you think they will add it i heard since time warner dropped the channel cablevision would carry it but nothing let me know when and if they will get and why they dont carry it thanks guys later

You need to learn how "Cable Channels" work.

Each cable channel has… hundreds of contracts. With Dish – they get $0.75/month per subscriber for a package that includes HD net.

For TimeWarner in LA -they get $0.53/month. For TimeWarner in Portland Oregon, they get $0.62/month.

These contracts were all negotiated for 6 months to 3 years. They are constantly up for renewal and every time the Cable/Sat company wants to pay the same amount, but the <insert cable channel> insists they are worth more for the next year or two.

(This complexity is why you cannot pick and choose your channels, but instead are forced to buy one of 3 or 4 ‘packages’ to make the business math simpler.)

So you think it’s simple to add a channel, but they have to bump some other channel off, negotiate with HDNet for a new contract, etc. Add corporate politics where MegaGoliath cable company try to represent 20-50 markets, want the contracts for these to all sync up, and the cost of re-shuffling the channels (and annoying all their customers), etc. – it aint simple.

If it really bothers you – check out the lower end packages from Dish or DirectTV. Because the Sat companies dont have to run wires to your house – they tend to have better packages.

About a week ago I found a large dead possum in the back yard. And Im almost 100% sure that it is the possum that used to live in out roof ( as we can no longer hear the possum in the roof anymore)

And ever since then my two year old recently desexed female cat has been constantly hanging out in the roof. Only coming in to eat twice a day.

I’m sure I can hear baby possum growls and my cat purring in the roof??
I have no way to get into the roof (its an old bungalow) and I am wondering if this is even possible or healthy for either of them ??

I think it’s kind of cute. Sure she isn’t producing milk but at least you know she has a caring heart. It’s nice that she wants to take care of something. If you think it is causing a problem call animal control and have them come take a look. But if your cat is not being harmed then don’t worry. But I would call animal control and have them come take a look even if you think it is ok. You never know how many babies are really up there! hope this helps.

Anything is possible…my dad had a pig die and a female dog had babies all within 2 days. That dog rased 3 pigs on her boobs right alon with the pups! Other animals can sense babies not being cared for. She is probly trying to communicate with the possum to let it know shes there to help. When that baby gets hungry enough it’ll wonder out but be prepared to buy some milk replacer!! lol

I would be worried because Possums carry rabies. If you cat gets bitten and not up on its shots you could be in for heart break. Baby possums turn into adult possums.

I would call someone to come take a look at your roof, if only because you apparently need a repair or two there.

Don’t worry about your cat; this is actually quite common behavior, especially if she had a litter before she was spayed. (I had a barn cat who adapted a litter of skunks once!) When they get big enough to take care of themselves, she will lose interest in them and likely drive them away.

But do be careful–possums can carry rabies, as well as a host of other diseases. If you detect any obvious behavior changes in your cat, or any wounds, call animal control at once.

And do get your roof fixed when this is all over.

I’ve taken countless Mary Sue litmus tests,but none that focus in OC’s for this anime in particular.Quizilla.com offers some,but they are not as insightful as I’d like.
My character info:

Yes she is a Mary Sue. and here’s the main reason: you made her into an Uchiha.

All of the other Uchiha are supposed to massacred- but you somehow avoided that. You try to rationalize this by claiming that she was not a "legitimate Uchiha." But she has the last name. She has the Sharingan. She was loyal to the Uchiha clan. Heck, both her parents were considered to be "legitimate Uchila" enough to be killed in the massacre- but their offspring isn’t? It seems like she’s a full blooded member of the clan to me.

I mean it’s like you used the idea of her being illegitimate as a plot device to say your character could survive the massacre- but then completely forgot about this fact when you went on to make the rest of the characters history.

Not only this, but you have a Uchiha character with TWO rather unique abilities on top of having an activated Sharingan. The first are her blood related abilities, and the second being her transformation abilities. You say that they are one in the same- but they are not. I concede that reading the DNA is a blood related ability, but being able to transform your body based on that DNA is something different altogether.

In conclusion:
So you are a legitimate Uchiha pretending to be illegitimate, and you have an active Sharingan plus two more unique and powerful powers.

Yes, she is a Mary Sue.

If she is the same age as the main characters or a couple years apart then yes she is. I would still have to read some excerpts to fully determine if she is though. Your character seems fleshed out but seems way too powerful to have only lived as long as the others (if she is as old as the others.) You haven’t said so if I was just reading this profile I would expect her to be either Kakashi’s age or a little bit younger like mid-20s plus.If every character immediately likes her or they all slowly begin to love her she is a Mary-Sue.
Plus how does she get the blood techniques? Almost all abilities can be specifically explained by chakras. If you just say oh it’s something that was past on well who taught her how to use it?
It takes a lot to make new characters that are not Mary-sues. You have to be a great story teller and make the character relate-able. If she is so cool and so great people won’t be able to even see this personality as real and that is a mary-sue.

Ive done cross country for 3 months but still have stomach fat?
Hi im 14(boy) 5′4 and 101 pounds ive ran cross country since august and it ends in a week. I have not noticed any improvements in my stomach because it still sticks out and i hate it. Is there anythng i can do to get a flat stomach. Its really embarrasing to because in p.e. When we do skins i get made fun of that i try to hide it. So please i need good answers on how long it would take? What to eat? And exercises

Your are at a good weight for a small male but if you are running, I would think you would weigh more due to muscles. Either way, if you want to firm up your stomach, start doing sit-ups and exercises that will work on your stomach muscles.
With a diet, you cannot target just your stomach, you need to actually start using those muscles to firm the stomach up.
